Project Description: this project is a part of North-south Power Transmission enhancement project, contract awarded on 7.06.2016 to M/S KPTL for procurement of plant, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of 500 KV D/C Transmission line from Dasht-e-alwan to Arghande. With contract number DABS/015/ICB package 8. The proposed line estimated length of 238.545 KM traverses salang hilly terrain following the main road A76 and parallel to existing 220 KV line.
