Project Description: To provide guidelines, rules and procedures, which ensure that all stake holders understand obligations placed upon them under the Grid Code. To lay down day-to-day and long-term principles, standards, procedures and guidelines for Planning, Operation, Dispatch, and Connection purposes for normal and abnormal transmission system conditions. To deal with the technical aspects of Transmission System covering the voltage range of HV and EHV levels such as 110 kV-132 kV, 220-230 kV, 400-500 kV or above. To establish the technical responsibilities of Generating Companies , Transmission Company/ies or System Operator/s. To regulate the Distribution System covering the voltage range of 35-22-15-10-60.4kV, Capacity building of MoEW and DABS in the
